Mouse Secondary Follicle Stained with anti-T-Cell Antibody

Frozen section of a mouse lymph node showing a secondary follicle with its characteristic germinal center (GC).  The adjacent diffuse cortex (DC) shows densely packed T-cells, while the mantle (M) of the follicle contains only occasional stained cells (as does an adjacent primary follicle [PF]).  The germinal center itself (GC) contains a local concentration of stained T-cells.
